Come dine with...salmonella?

The teenage Cochranes (plus a Cochrane boyfriend) are going to be doing their own 'Come Dine With Me' over the course of the next ten days or so. Four meals, four cooks, six guests (including me and Mr C), prize for the winner of £20.

Assuming I survive I'll let you know the gastronomic delights on offer.

This sounds fun! Will the middle Cochrane be serving up such wacky delights like chocolate covered tofu and avocado milkshakes?

The middle Cochrane's menu is a subject of great debate. I expect such specialities of the house as tuna pate and raisin sandwiches, or celery with chocolate spread, will be rejected. Pink wafers were at one point expected to be de rigeur.

Sounds interesting. I wonder if I could get my Young Persons doing something similar next term... four groups, so we could do planning one week, then meals in subsequent weeks. There's probably some sort of badge in it too.

2nd in Command wants to run a first aid course next term, but we could maybe do both activities in a parallel. The two togethr would fill most of the term nicely...
