A moving tribute
I didn't hear this yesterday but saw it on the news this morning and was reduced to a jelly. Please arm yourselves with tissues before listening.
It reminded me of a wonderful poem I came across in the 1970's which I can't now locate, of which the only line I can remember - the last - goes something like "My father was the cricket match I did not see."
