Yay! I'm in the same boat as the non-Americans and Canadians (and it's probably a good thing nobody was around to witness my rant on that as it contained many words not fit to be witnessed by the general public *g*) but congratulations on the print version!

Linden Bay can ship anywhere, but postage varies. OTOH, if you're in England (or anywhere else) if you're going to be stuck with horrible postage, a few weeks' wait will get an autographed copy for your trouble.

We've been playing with the idea of exchanging bookplates so folks can get a 3-way autographed copy...
