Linden Bay can ship anywhere, but postage varies. OTOH, if you're in England (or anywhere else) if you're going to be stuck with horrible postage, a few weeks' wait will get an autographed copy for your trouble.

We've been playing with the idea of exchanging bookplates so folks can get a 3-way autographed copy...
