Another hero

Ben Cohen transcends modern hero status, IMHO. A Rugby World Cup Winner (and nephew of a football World Cup winner!), he had to cope with his father dying as result of injuries sustained when he was beaten up on bouncer duty. So did Ben decide to put his feet up when he retired from rugby? Not on your nelly. He went and founded The StandUp Foundation.
BTW He's profoundly deaf. Just so's you know...
