This came up on my sports feed today, it being a year since Phillip Hughes's untimely death. Please scroll down and watch the memorial oration from Michael Clarke (possibly the best such tribute I've ever seen).

The words he says about digging in and getting through seem particularly appropriate given the events of the last few weeks on all sorts of fronts. We must dig in and get through, to tea and beyond to stumps. We must play on.

And I have to say, he makes a great job of reading it! I keep thinking, "Did I really write this? It's quite good!"
