Not sure if stories is the right word. These are three little vignettes I wrote and posted three years (I think) back on my 'mylodon' blog, when we all used to hang out at Live Journal. I'm going to post them over the next few days up to Easter Sunday, as at least part of my mind is heading there at this time of year.

The man with the donkey:

He always had everything planned. For a start there was the business with the donkey, that day He rode into Jerusalem. Us asking a special question, his friends giving a special answer so we knew it was really them and not a trap. Same again with locating that room where they had the meal; all the stuff with the man and the water, more special questions and answers, proper cloak and dagger stuff. But He was a marked man by then, so He had to play it canny.
Some people reckon He had everything planned down to the final move, nudging the one who was going to betray Him into doing the deed, setting His own agendas and His own timetable. I'm not so sure about that, but I've heard that was His style. I reckon if you've got the future of mankind in your hands you're not going to leave anything to chance.
