Advent music

This wasn't the piece I was intending to post today - I remembered it while looking for something else. Silent Night isn't my favourite carol by any means, but this version is stunning, both in its vocal quality and in the counterpoint of the news headlines. Advent is a time for thinking, as well as festivities.

Stunning's the right word. I love them anyway both together and as individual artists. Commenting here rather than Wordpress since I've realised I prefer the more conversational style of DW - and I prefer it to FB which usually defeats me. I go wandering off e.g. to listen to a YouTube clip and then can't find the original post...
