Congratulations! And ooh, that reminds me - haven't read the second one yet! The first story was so moving it felt wrong to launch straight into the second, more light-hearted one, but I think I can handle it now! ;D

I think that's what a lot of people feel. Nice to have the light and dark, though. Another story like This Ground would have rung one's withers.
