Dizziness seems to be related to inner ear problems, says doctor. (And when did they start employing 13 year old GPs? *g*) Have a hilarious set of exercises to do to re-educate eyes and ears to work in tandem.

And, in squeeful news to make recovery more rapid, Owen Farrell is in the elite England squad. He plays for Saracens and looks no older than that doctor did and I adore him. Eight Sarries players in the Elite/Saxons squads so huzzay all round.

They seem to be making a difference. Interesting this is that I had a lot of pain down my right arm/chest which has also gone after a couple of days of exercises. Very odd. (Trapped nerve?)

Eye and ear coordination exercises... that's different. :D Though last time I got some new glasses I did feel like my eyes were on an extensive retraining course.

Different and hopefully effective. Quite common treatment, I think. Isn't it amazing what goes on within one's bonce?

Hope you start to feel better soon. I've been noticing that professionals are looking a lot younger too. Not sure what's up with that *g*

Thanks.

I don't get the professionals looking younger thing, unless they're recruiting from infants schools or something?

Hope you are feeling more the thing soon. I know what you mean by young doctor's, the sweet, gorgeous, tall, dark and handsome trainee GP that has been dealing with me in hand with my GP made my dreadful white coat syndrome a bit more bearable :-) xxx

What a terrible old pair we're turning into!

Best medical wishes right back at you.
