Introducing Savage Beare

Last year, my good pal Jason Edding persuaded me join the Lords of Aether Gay Steampunk project. Jolly glad he did! My character/contribution is the club's cantankerous steward, Beare (I see him being played by Sid James), whose first post is here.

Cue lots of opportunities for me to write humourous stuff and employ excrutiating puns. (Plus ca change?)

A friend is trying to entice me back into role playing [she wants to me to write a murder mystery with my Hadrian trying to prevent the death of her Antinous] but so far I'm standing firm because it would be every night. I'd much sooner read yours.

LOL I like the sound of Hadrian and Antinous, but when it gets too much of a chore, where's the fun? That's why I'm keeping with Beare, who's light touch and good fun to play with.
