That's a very moving and inspirational story.

I'm so pleased that Ted and Jack found each other and had so many happy, loving years together. They sound like two lovely fellas.

I wish I'd got to know Jack but if he hadn't died Ted may not have found my books and I'd not have got to know him, either.

My mother always said that love is not only for the young. I am glad these men found it at last.

Cold horror at the idea of it seeming like voting on anyones personhood. I thought my country was past that. I had not thought of it that way, and I am ashamed.

No need for you to be ashamed (although I know the feeling - I get deeply ashamed of the things fellow "Christians" do and say in the name of God).

I'm glad they found each other, too. The nmore I learn of their story the more I think it would make a great film.

That is such a lovely story. Thanks for sharing. Yes, like you I am horrified at some of he things so-called Christians say and do in the name of God. It seems so deeply arrogant for them to presume to know what and who He hates.
