not the Queen, but equally important peeps, the UK Meet organising team. Jo, JL, Clare, Liam and I had a really productive five hour (yes, FIVE) meeting where we put together the draft UK Meet programme, planned our marketing, got great big ideas and had to decide whether to go for them, ate Liam's muffins, and had Tapas. Bang on.

I know. We deserved it after the meeting, though. :)

We hope 2013 will be even bigger and better. So many exciting ideas, if they come to fruition.

Exciting! I saw Liam's muffins on his blog (good grief, that sounds filthy.) They looked yummy.

Can't wait to see the plans! July will come around like a shot, won't it?

Are you likely to be at the Festival of Romance next year? Since I'll miss the RNA conference the festival could be on my agenda instead. Do you know where it's being held?

Muffin is a very saucy sounding word.

We hope the draft programme will be up over the next few weeks. Just being double and triple checked.

FOR - am in two minds about. I really enjoy it and some elements, like the book fair, will be in a better location for footfall. Not sure of date but think it'll be Bedford again. I can mail you details when they come...

's okay, I follow it on Facebook, so I'll see the details when they are announced.

Might be a couple of my local RNA group going - one of them, Hazel Osmond, was there this year. She said it did make a nice change to get some contact with readers as well as other writers.

We think it'll be a corker. Volunteering for a panel? *runs away*

*catches you* what sort of panel. I'll do one if you're short of a body and don't mind me looking like I just heard bad news. How about "Antisocial media for the Twitterly tongue-tied"?

LOL Not put bums on panel seats yet, just wanted to give you the chance. We're doing about online promo and having a Twitterly tongue-tied person to speak for that group might be useful.
