not the Queen, but equally important peeps, the UK Meet organising team. Jo, JL, Clare, Liam and I had a really productive five hour (yes, FIVE) meeting where we put together the draft UK Meet programme, planned our marketing, got great big ideas and had to decide whether to go for them, ate Liam's muffins, and had Tapas. Bang on.

Are you likely to be at the Festival of Romance next year? Since I'll miss the RNA conference the festival could be on my agenda instead. Do you know where it's being held?

FOR - am in two minds about. I really enjoy it and some elements, like the book fair, will be in a better location for footfall. Not sure of date but think it'll be Bedford again. I can mail you details when they come...
