The footings of two huts at the World War Two code-breaking station Bletchley Park have been unearthed during work on its £8m restoration.

Stop me if I've said this before, but my fave detective book, Death at the President's Lodging (which inspired the Cambridge Fellows series) was written in the 1930's, so therefore pre WWII. It's set in a fictional Oxbridge style university halfway between Oxford and Cambridge. At Bletchley. Coincidence, I love thee.

I was at the library today and, guess what, they have Death at the President's Lodging. Although it's at a different branch so I'll have to wait until Monday before I actually have it in hand. Definitely looking forward to it.

Oh, I hope you enjoy it. Not to everyone's liking, but I adore it. Tell me if you think a couple of the scenes are slashy. :)

Ooh, sideways-step in topic. They were talking about the Proms on R3 the other day & mentioned something about an Alan Turing prom! Thought of you.

Oh yes, that's the Pet Shop Boys thing. Rufus Wainwright might be in it too, I think.
