The least boring things I could think of are behind the cut.

1. I once fed Red Rum a Polo Mint, in Ginger McCain's yard.

2. Even if I'd been born a few hundred yards or so along the road and qualified as a cockney, I think I'd have been ineligible as Bow Bells were being mended at the time.

3. I can do perfect 'backwards writing'.

4. I got a double first at Cambridge, in Natural Science.

5. John Barrowman spoke to me from the stage at the pantomime in January. I became incoherent.

6. I can take or leave chocolate, but both mints and dried fruit send me into ecstacy.

7. I've been with my light of love for over 30 years. If I'd done him in, I'd have been out on parole by now. :)

4. What does a double first mean? I don't think our degrees are graded over here...

5. Whee!

6. YES! Am even eating minties as I type. *g*

4. This is embarassing. I regretted posting this as soon as I hit the button. A first is the top grade of degree. I got onone in my 2nd and 3rd year exams (Tripos 1b and 2) so I got a 'double first'.

Ooh, what college were you in? (If it was Trinity I'll have to keep very quiet about it, Andrew was at St.Johns :) )

1. Mine too. One of those marvellous chances of fate that I got to meet him.

6. It's a deal.

7. I did, I think. He's alright, the old trout.

Oh, your #7 made me feel both good and laugh out loud!

So John Barrowman can render you speechless, huh? *g*

I should give this a go... or maybe not...

Number 7 has the same effect on me.

John Barrowman is about the only bloke who can make me speechless. Scott Gill, his partner, would have the same effect.

5. I would be incoherent too...

6. Mints and dried fruit, eh? You're just like my mum! :)
