My first thought about what to take back to Edwardian times (in terms of physical objects, which is how I read the question) was the fridge. Not necessarily the freezer, as my house would have been in amongst lots more shops than it is now, and not the computer as there's have been libraries within walking distance, and at least three banks if the writing on the buildings is to be believed. Not certain my people would have stretched to a telephone in their slightly upwardly mobile world, but the post service was far more efficient to keep in communication with everyone.
Then again, my Edwardian people would have had a meat safe, and my utility room doesn't get too warm, so perhaps a really good camera would be just as useful.
The resident ghost would know, as they'll have seen all the changes.
How would you power the fridge? Did you have electrics in the house back then? And I agree ref the post, banks, etc. Wouldn't need online shopping as the grocer's boy would deliver!
The power could be a problem, yes. My last Edwardian house of a similar size seems to have started off with gas lighting, judging by my accidental discovery of one of the pipes. Maybe I could have a special fridge that's magically connected to 21st century electrics?

[ETA:] Perhaps I should ask the resident ghost.
