I know it's seems long way to November 1st (actually it's frighteningly close) but I wanted to share the cover with you. There are still various bits and bobs to go on (like author and publisher name) but I'm pretty chuffed with it so far.

Shame you can't see the belt of Jonty's Norfolk jacket...

Thank you.

I have a confession to make; while I know of Gerard Butler (classics/musicals mad daughter who goes "Blah blah, Gerard Butler Phantom, blah blah Gerard Butler 300") I had no idea what he looked like. Now I do and you're right - very similar.

Glaswegians are OK, aren't they?

He sure is a fine example of a Glaswegian.

And you haven't seen 300? A horde of sweaty, buffed up men who fight for their honour while wearing very little clothes? You really should!

Two of my favourite people are Glaswegian - neither is Gerard.

My daughter assures me I should see 300 (or Troy, or Gladiator or Alexander) but I'm resisting. My idea of the ideal approach to the classics is a nice Michael Wood* documentary, eg. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=E9o07JqxM6M
