Plenty of you are posting about this, so I'm just adding a bit from the East side of the Atlantic.

For all that we have anti-discrimination laws in the UK and dealing with bullying is a high priority for schools, GLBT kids can have just as hard a time of it here as in other countries. I've been a long time supporter of The Albert Kennedy Trust, who do great work with homeless GLBT younsgters. Thanks! I'd been wondering if there was anything UK based that we could do, as constantly being asked to write to my Senator loses its amusement value after a while and just makes you feel helpless instead.
